Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms apply to the services BLDOZR provides (web development, Telegram and Discord bots, hosting, design, video, domains and email) and to your use of bldozr.com. By requesting a quote or ordering a service, you agree to them. If we sign a separate written agreement for your project, that agreement takes priority.
1. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that describes the scope, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts after you approve it.
2. Payment
Prices are fixed as stated in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise, a first payment is due before work starts and the remainder on delivery. Larger projects may be billed per milestone. Hosting and other recurring services are billed in advance for each billing period.
3. Delivery and feedback
We share progress during the project and include the review rounds stated in the quote. A project is delivered when the agreed scope is complete and handed over to you.
4. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the code, design files and other deliverables created for you, and we transfer any domains and accounts registered on your behalf. We may continue to use our general know-how and reusable tools that are not specific to your project.
5. Hosting
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime for hosted projects, take daily backups and announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible. We are not responsible for outages caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party networks or platforms.
6. Your responsibilities
Content you provide must be lawful and you must have the right to use it. Our services may not be used for spam, malware, fraud, illegal content or anything that breaks the rules of Telegram, Discord or other platforms. We may suspend a service that violates these terms.
7. Third-party platforms
Telegram, Discord, domain registries, payment providers and other platforms have their own terms. Changes they make can affect how a bot or website works; when that happens we will adapt where reasonably possible.
8. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel a project at any time; work completed up to that point is payable. Hosting can be cancelled at the end of any billing period, and we will provide a copy of your website and data on request.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Projects already under way continue under the terms agreed when they started.
